We take great care in the quality and packaging of our products. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will gladly accept a return or issue a refund under the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the event of damaged or defective items.

Items must be reported within 5 days of delivery and must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

We will reply with next steps and return instructions.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or we can arrange a replacement if preferred and available.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste, or duplicate orders.
We appreciate your understanding and support of limited editions and carefully curated releases.
